With almost never ending patience, a calm disposition and enviable business knowledge, Terry’s ambition and foresight in 1977 to create a business in the under serviced area of Strata Management resulted in not only our highly successful company, but a suite of businesses which today form the Terandi Group.
A pinnacle member of the Body Corporate industry from the very beginning, Terry is a founding member and Fellow of the Community Titles Institute (SA), a founding member of the National Community Titles Institute, a member of Owners Corporations Victoria, has held a membership with the Real Estate Institute of SA since 1987.
While today Terry remains an active member of the business as a key member of the Advisory Board, the majority of his time and focus is spent supporting carers of loved ones with a mental illness or disability through his and Di’s charity, The Believe Foundation.
A family man through and through, when Terry isn’t working with carers to improve their lives, he can be found spending time with his family, his granddaughter Abbie and most importantly enjoying the company of his wife Di while they watch the next Crow’s game at the Adelaide Oval (or MCG for that matter).
