We’ve come a long way from our humble origins in suburban South Australia.
Terry and Diana Smith started Strata Data back in the 1970’s well before outsourcing body corporate management was the norm. Today, their son Paul runs what has become an incredibly successful, technology-driven family business servicing South Australia.

We work hand in hand with St John’s Youth Services to help Australia’s young homeless to find private rentals, continue their schooling and gain work, keeping more people off the streets and helping them become productive members of the community.
We’re Green
We’re also passionate about the environment. We’ve modified the way we work to reduce emissions, and teamed up with Trees for Life to offset the emissions we just can’t avoid, completely removing our carbon footprint. We encourage more businesses to do the same because together we can make a huge difference.
