COVID-19 - Strata Data


To our Valued Clients,

Below find some information with regards to our service following the Covid-19 restrictions announced yesterday.

Strata Data will continue to operate almost unchanged through the 6 day lockdown.

We remain here for you and you can continue to reach us on all the emails and phone numbers you are used to using.  If you are not sure who to contact, you can always phone our main reception line on (08) 8372 2777 or email

Please note the following changes to our usual service:

  • Our physical office location in Glen Osmond is closed
  • As all our staff are working from home (including our main reception) please be patient with phone calls and potential household noise in the background.  Many of our staff have children at home during this time and/or pets which can add to the background noise.
  • All AGMs will be via Zoom/phone only.  If you had RSVP’d that you were going to physically attend an AGM during this time, we will contact you to assist you to attend via Zoom/phone.
  • All non-essential maintenance work will be re-scheduled

At this stage, we hope the above changes will revert back to normal on Wednesday 25th November, however the government has already announced a further 8 days of restrictions (details yet to be provided).

We will continue to monitor government and health authority advice, adjust our approach accordingly, and ensure we keep you informed throughout.
