Strata Data Realty was established in 1987 in response to our clients’ desire for a property management company that had a strong understanding of unit and apartment living.
Since then we have grown to meet the needs of our clients and the range of investment properties they own. Today Strata Data Realty provides commercial and residential property management services for all types of property.

Kate Tebble, Senior Property Manager
Kate has eight years experience within the real estate industry and with a strong customer service focus, possesses excellent communication skills that enable her to liaise with a diverse range of people. Her extensive knowledge of all aspects of realty allow her to deal with all issues and situations in a diplomatic and professional manner.
Kate holds Certificates 1, 2 & 3 in Business Administration and is a licensed Agents Representative. She has completed several short courses that involved training in business enterprise, strata management, commercial leasing, business ethics as well as customer service.

Erin Murtagh , Property Manager
Erin managed the Strata Data Realty Accounts for over three years prior to gaining a promotion in early 2008 to become Assistant Property Manager for Strata Data Realty. In early 2010, Erin accepted the position of Property Manager for Strata Data Realty. Erin successfully completed her property management qualifications through the Real Estate Institute of South Australia. Erin has proven to be a very dedicated worker whose professionalism, enthusiasm and work ethic have made her an asset to Strata Data Realty.
Her cheerful disposition and ability to get along with a diverse range of people enable her to provide excellent customer service to all our clients. Erin manages a portfolio of investment properties which are largely located in the Southern and Eastern suburbs of Adelaide, her area of expertise.

Anthony Lewis , Property Manager
Anthony has been an employee of Strata Data Realty for three years
Anthony is completing his Bachelor of Business in Property and is currently in his final year.
Having lived in Adelaide his entire life, Anthony has a sound knowledge of South Australias Real Estate market which has ensured his position as a highly respected and valued member of the Strata Data Realty team.
Anthonys passion and commitment has enabled him to exceed in excellence of service to our clients.
Anthony manages a portfolio of investment properties which are primarily located in the Northern and Western Suburbs of Adelaide.

Strata Data Realty provide an after hours emergency contact number to all of our tenants so that you don’t have to worry about the details. Our normal opening hours are 9am – 5pm Monday to Friday ( excluding public holidays)..
If you are a tenant of Strata Data Realty and require emergency assistance outside of normal business hours, please call 0411 351 256. This number is only active after hours, if you require emergency assistance during business hours please contact your property manager directly or telephone (08) 8372 2777 to speak with a member of Strata Data Realty.
