Owners Corporation Manager

(Melbourne based)

In order to further enhance our presence in Victoria, we are seeking an additional Owners Corporation Manager to add value to our existing team.

Based at our modern and pristine office facilities in Port Melbourne, the successful candidate will ideally have significant (more than 5 years) experience in the property industry.  You may be currently working in the Owners Corporation or Serviced Apartments industries, Real Estate or Property Management and looking to branch out and make your mark in a field that is rapidly growing.

 

You will be responsible for managing a mixed portfolio of commercial and residential properties including chairing meetings, reviewing financials and managing contractors, as well as having some involvement in new business development. You will understand the importance of preparing budgets and minutes, organising maintenance and building repairs and assist in dispute resolution. You will have access to full time administrative support  based in Melbourne, state of the art technology and systems and ongoing support from our Head Office.

 

Critical to this role is your ability to build strong relationships and your outstanding interpersonal skills, backed up with strong financial and administrative skills.  We are looking for a business savvy candidate who is IT literate and conversant in the Microsoft Office Suite (and its applications) and is motivated, ambitious and determined to succeed.
