The Strata Data Group is a dynamic professional company providing exceptional service to the property market in Australia. We are seeking an HR practitioner with a mature outlook ready to step up and embrace their next HR challenge, to manage the HR function as a sole practitioner with a medium sized Company.
Reporting to the General Manager, responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
- Recruitment, Selection, Induction
- Employment Relations
- Performance Management
- Training & Development
- Coaching Divisional Managers
- Project work – involvement with intranet rollout
The successful candidate will be approachable, impartial and fair in decision making. The ability to build strong relationships with a diverse client base and gain trust and respect will see you succeed in this role. Candidates must possess high level verbal and written communication skills together with relevant HR qualifications and at least 5 years HR experience.
This is a full time role, however 4 days per week or equivalent may be considered for the right person. The new appointment will receive a one month handover with the current HR Manager.
