Trainee Body Corporate Manager
The Strata Data Group provides a wide range of professional services to the property market in Australia. Due to continued growth and our need for additional support, we are currently seeking a Trainee Body Corporate Manager to join our existing team. As a key member of our team you will be trained to assist in the management of all aspects of a Strata and Community Title portfolio. This will include: meeting preparation, answering queries, arranging building maintenance, setting budgets, monitoring financial accounts and day to day client interaction & problem solving. Ultimately the successful candidate will be trained to chair their own meetings.
