Strata Data, as an independant third party, is able to assist you in resolving disputes. We have found that this is often preferable prior to the commencement of a more formal mediation process. By involving one of our professionally trained managers we are often able to provide guidance as to the obligations of owners and residents in multi dwelling situations. Building Defect Rectification [ top ]
Regardless of the builder having the best intentions, it is our experience that new developments are occasionally subject to building defects. We are able to work together with developers and owners in negotiating the rectification of defective works. We have a qualified Building Inspector on staff who is available to assist in these matters.
Building Inspection Reports [ top ]
Our fully qualified full time Building Inspector is available to report on all building matters. Paul Effingham has over 20 years experience and is extremely knowledgeable in regard to body corporate related building issues.
Detailed Financial Reporting [ top ]
We recommend that larger corporations have their accounts prepared on at least a quarterly basis. We can provide a complete accrual accounting service that will enable committee members and all corporation members to regularly compare budgeted and actual expenditure in a timely manner.

Our Human Resources Manager, Emma Caporaletti, has a wealth of experience in all human resource issues. Strata Data works together with developers, management committees and other key stakeholders to develop and maintain operational and procedural manuals. For larger corporations we have found them to be essential – particularly when dealing with OHS&W issues.
