Company Profile

Established in 1977 by Terry and Diana Smith, Strata Data has become the most successful independent Body Corporate specialist in South Australia.

Strata Data has grown from one Body Corporate Manager (Terry) and one Administrator (Diana) to almost fifty staff in that time and is now one of the largest Body Corporate Management companies in Australia with well in excess of 15,000 individual clients.   By attracting and retaining the best professional staff, employing state of the art technology and insisting on only the highest standards of industry training Strata Data has built a reputation for providing an outstanding Body Corporate Management service.

Over the years Strata Data has added relevant new business departments including property management, maintenance, insurance and consultancy services.  Therefore we are now able to provide a one-stop shop for clients. Terry and Diana have always insisted that we deliver excellent service in a highly professional manner.  Critically, they have always required that in doing so we only act morally, ethically and legally and that we always respect the rights of individuals as we build and grow the business.
